Labor Day Challenge 2012
I had a pretty good week! Started mushies this week. Struggled with getting in protein for the first few days, but I'm getting the hang of it! I did get in my 4 days of exercise. Still struggling with the water. I sip and sip, but only seem to get to about 50 ounces. SW 230 CW 225.4 (down 2.8) GW 210 Good luck everybody!! Keep going strong!

Planet Fitness?
I have belonged to Planet Fitness for about a year! It is an adequate gym. Mine is not very busy and there are always open machines. The thing is you get what you pay for. If you are looking for variety like classes, a pool, or qualified people to help you I would try someplace else.

Stand Still & No Loss
I was sleeved on 6/18 too!! I am down 28 pounds with 112 to go. Reading posts on the forum is great, but remember not everyone is the same. Be happy for every pound gone even if in the back of your mind you don't think it is enough. It's always better when the scale goes down and not up:) Getting in the protein is tough my NUT says 60 grams a day. I'm drinking Premier Protein shakes with 30 grams of protein a piece. Those have really helped. I'm still struggling with the water. I'm right with you really working on it and getting up to about 40oz a day. Keep up the great work!

Question Question!
I like MyfitnessPal. I used it before surgery and already have friends on it. The only problem is everyday since surgery it tells me I am eating too few calories!

How Do You Feel?
I had my surgery on 6/18. This was my first surgery ever and aim really amazed at how well things have gone. I Still have a lot of bruising around the incisions and where the IV was, but only one incision is a little tender. I am a side sleeper and at first I propped a pillow on my side, but now I'm back to normal. My only complaint is the low energy. I seem to get tired much faster than before. I'm not sure if it is surgery recovery or due to not eating hardly anything! Hope things are going well for you!

Bubbles After The Sip
I was sleeved on June 18th and had a very similar experience! It has since gone away now it only happens if I forget and take a big sip. Give it a few days, but if your not comfortable definitely call your doc. Good luck!
