ive lost 125 pounds since sugury june 5th and am more depressed then ive ever been i really need a friend that understands me... but am happy in so many ways i mean to go from 465 too 340 so fast feels awesome only 80 more to go

3 months out of surgery 105 pounds lost and at this point I'm more depressed than I've ever been in my life me and my fiance broke up I use to binge eat when I was depressed I would eat nah I can do that I just don't know I try to keep my head up but it is so hard to keep thinking of this woman I'm going to try to go get anti depressants I think I need xanax

remember people you can't tair a whole phonebook in half at 1 time but if you go page by page you leave eventially get through the whole book meaning you you can't lose 100 pounds in 1 day but if you work at it day by day you will eventually get there good luck everybody
