I am back full force. I am able to have my surgery next week!!! YAYAY!! The class that is due before surgery, well they my doctor is allowing me to take it one week after my surgery. I was so upset when they told me it was a possiblity that I woul have to reschedule. I prayed about it over this past weekend and made up my mind that if it was meant then it will be. Anyway, how are you all that are being sleeved next week? How are you feeling? Is reality sinking in? Any doubts before next week? How are your pre op diets, has any of you slipped up? ARE U READY FOR THIS NEW CHANGE THAT IS ABOUT TO TAKE PLACE??? Please weigh in and share your thoughts and emotions...

Hello all my surgery is April 17th and I have mixed feelings' date=' I can't stop talking about it. I look myself in the mirror everyday and I'm just terrified. The hospital said they will call me on Monday to give me the exact time to go to the hospital on Tuesday and I just can't stop thinking about it. It's a traumatizing feeling let me tell you. I'm counting the days. I wonder how bad its gonna hurt and all the complications I may have such as clots and leakings. I'm 33 yrs old and I'm 228 pounds. I was 240 when I started. I'm drinking lots of liquids and not eating at all. Only tangerines which I crave. I havent prepared myself yet. I havent pack anything yet. And all i keep looking at is YouTube and all the videos they have.[/quote']

Wednesday, April 18th super nervous!!!

I started my 2 days of clears today. I'm already hungry!! I know it's just my head messing with me but AHHHH!! I can do this!

Tomorrow morning April 16th is mine. I'm nervous but excited at the same time....made it through the 2 weeks pre op diet and got some new protien powder that I can tolerate and I'm ready to go. What really bothers me is the last minute phone calls and suggestions from family and friends telling me not to do the surgery. I've researched and know this is what I want and hope they will realize it is for the best in the long run.

Condessa that is one reason I have not told too many people. I have only told those who will be supportive. You can do this!!!

Having surgery on 4/17. I'm having major anxiety and my stomach is rumbling since I'm on a 2 day clear liquid diet. I just realized what limited food choices a clear liquid diet involves.

Talk to everyone later, yes that is right I am heading off to surgery. Geez my palms are sweating and my heart is racing. I will try to post just after, however not sure how I will feel. Everyone think good thought:-)
