Where Are My April 2012 Sleevers?

M scheduled for my surgery April 26th and I was curious to see who else would be walking in the shoes of April with me. Tell me how you feeling? What's on your mind? Any worries? Second thoughts?

Ok I'm 2 months and 14 days, down 54 lbs but now I'm have more pain when I eat. I think I might have to go back to liquids for a few days I might be trying too hard. I will take a step back for aday or two and see what happens.

wao you doing great!

My surgery was april 13 and I lost 30, but I'm having problem choosing the right food, because many food make me feel stomach pain, I would like to know how is your routine in food, because my menu is so limited and I'm afraid no doing the right thing.

I am so happy for you, keeping going, you doing so well.

Please add me

I was sleeved on 4/10. My start weight was 261 and I am now 223. I am a slow loser. I have to stick to my diet. Protein and water!!!! Lots of water. After I increased my water the weight started coming off. I eat the same old thing. Lots of fish, tuna, chicken and eggs. I also have a protein shake each morning for breakfast.

Water does make a difference, and I think I am going to add my shake back in. Trail mix (planters brand) has caught my attention, and I think I need to lay off of it...I don't know why nuts and raisins sit well...

I still do a shake a day. Usually an Atkins chocolate or dark chocolate. Typically around 3 pm, which use to be afternoon snake time. It's nice to get my chocolate fix and protein together!

Keep up the good work April sleevers. Love hearing everyone's success and tips!

2 month and five days out I am 38 pounds down.....still doing great!

I'm right there with you. Very pleased that I am figuring out how it all works without having to obsess all the time now :)

Do we have an April Sleevers FB page?

Hello sleevers i wanted to ask everyone a question about how many calories are you consuming a day now and how many times a week are we excercing ??

I am consuming 800 calories a day & I try to exercise at least 5 days a week, but really enjoy doing something 6 or 7 days a week. :D

down about 42 lbs! :) Yay!

Ten weeks and down 40 pounds. Whoo hoo! I'm still eating a lot of soft protein - scrambled egg, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, and a protein shake a day. Some chicken is okay but a lot of the time it feels so heavy it's not worth the risk. Calories range from 500 - 700/day and i've got a pedometer to make sure I take at least 5,000 steps a day. I know the goal is 10k, but some days are just lazier than others!

Love to hear how we're all shrinking!
