  1. oh my this is exactly what i needed to see, i got a morning dose of reality on this one. I am too a lazy eater. I decided to as of yesturday that i was tired of logging food everyday and working out 4-5xs a week and said i was going to give my body and mind a break from loosing weight for 2 weeks. Is this a good choice probably not and is it lazy hell to the yes. But i feel like sometimes i get so wrapped that i all i do is plan my meals and stress about the weight. I grab easy foods all the time . Morning yogurt or coffee and protein, lunch i get grilled chicken or a taco and just eat the inside and dinner well those meals i do have to cook. I know i wanted this surgery and am forever grateful and love seeing that scale go down. So even with all that said I am doing the 2 weeks break will I eat junk no but i will not log what i eat or plan, my sleeve will let me know i have had enough and i will still make the better choice in foods so wish this lazy eater luck the next 2 weeks .
  2. Was sleeved in April I lost weight very slow at first I am finally starting to loose at a steady pace just know it will come off even more when u stop stressing and just go with the sleeve it will work
  3. I do excercise regularly about 4xs a week a minimum of 3xs i still have about 40 lbs to lose but i think i eat too much some times or maybe its in my head or stomach i average about 800-1000 a day carbs well i dont touch bread or sugar so i dont count. the days after a work out i feel like i am starving like honestly feel like i am starving humm, thanks for the imput i really appreciate it
  4. Ok i am 7 months post op, how many calories should i be comsuming at this point, or how many are you comsuming per day ???? help i am at a loss here

  6. i would really like to know the answer to this. i still have the mirena and i love it . But i do question if that is the reason for my slow weight loss, Before surgery i went threw the dietician and lost 76 in 6 months . I am now 7 months post op and down 65 lbs i had the mirena put in 2 weeks before surgery i thought i would be down more since suregery and have wondered if mirena is stopping me from losing quickly .?? I am not complaining just would like to know
  7. Good morning all time for a check in. Weight loss is slow but I am used to it since surgery 4/24 down 65lbs . total 141. Still need to lose about 40. How is everyone going to manage to holidays I am nervous.?????
  8. lmao. all these are too funny. Ladies of all sizes hold ur head up some one is always going to talk about something and if its you they must have something to be worried about, weather its weight, your butt, your boobs someone will always have something to say, so the hell with them. Be a diva and walk away that sometimes is worse than saying something but every now and then some people do need a swift kick in the assssss .lol good day all
  9. Don't beat ur self up, ur transformation is amazing. And as long as the clothes size are going down and the muscle is going up don't stress, do what u do and keep hitting those weights. I started lifting weights before surgery and got to 110 and for me that was great however now I can only do 50 ugh can't wait to try to get back up their. Keep ur head up.
  10. Yes I have been told I was cheating too. Well I felt like I was cheated out of life all those years of being over weight it's funny how people will talk crap when ur fat and tell u to do something about ur weight and as soon as u do u took the easy way out.smdh

  12. I am so sick & tired of people thinking that since I had surgery that it doesn't take any effort and that it's a piece of cake. If looking into getting this remember Yes ur portions will be smaller but other than that u have to choose what foods u put in ur mouth and how often u exercise. If u don't use the tool right u wont lose the weight. AND for those people that say it takes no effort ask them to cut down to 4 ozs per meal and then ask if it's a piece of cake. Just venting.
  13. can I ask what everyone eats in a typical day ? I haven't really lost weight in the last 3 weeks i been keeping my body in ketosis and am in a stall well not really a stall but i have gained 4 lbs i mite consume around 1000 calories a day and 15-25 carbs a day. Drinking plenty of water so idk any suggestions? lots of people have lost so much in the last few months i am 55 lbs down and still have alot more to go at least another 50 and yes i am working out. Help I know i am venting

  15. I like the isopure unflavored, zero carbs I mix it with diet Snapple it's the best thing I have found.I drink it every day I didn't like the flavored isopure or the RTD ones

  20. this is for everyone that has already been sleeved , we all are on some kind of carb restrictions but i was wondering how are you keeping carbs low if fruit has so many of them i see so many ppl say they only do about 20-80 carbs, a orange has 25 does this mean you dont eat fruit ?

  22. i think i would disagree . sorry. i started with a high bmi well still am but since surgery i have lost 30 pounds that was 3 months ago. So in my case no i am not loosing faster, And i have a freind who bmi was lower than mine alot and lost 50 the first 3 months. I think it just varies from person to person. only one fact is correct and thats it the weight will come off some faster than other.
