I am feel at the same way. All mi social activity are realted with food. Somentime I think thay maybe I need help for a Psicologist, because my addiction to food is biger than what i Though. My social life was around food all my life and now the change is really drastic. The pain in my tummy .. my GSV was april 13, almost 30 pound lost, but mi food conection still there and when I look at my in the mirror I feel really happy, but when i go out and I can't eat how i used to I feel really blue too. Sometime I am wondering if I was ready for? because is a confort that i miss a lot. I just hope that it is normal and will be part of the past in few weeks or maybe months.

By the way Guys, is you find a Dr who make you a letter saying that is for medical reasons and that you need it, this amount reduce you income a lot so you tax brake go down this year..take everything and take to you tax accesor the next year. I had Insurance, and here is 14k, so I went to a big Bariatric Surgery Hospital for evaluacion and ITold them that I need a letter when say that I cualified for it and why, Signed for the Dr. So walaaa. my Surgery don't cover it and I pay 150 for the consurtation with the Dr. KEEEP IT IN MIND GUYS.

Dr Garcia is the best I had my GS the last friday 13, I have to say that be ready just in my case for the gas pain, that was the only thing that make it little disconfort and pain, but no even the surgery was painfull or when I wake up nopppp nothing at all. the staff is so nice, Rossy, the Dr Padilla, Mely, Samuel the driver and all the staff are really profesional and they really take care of you I start working yesterday and I was feeling a little weak, but is because is only liquid, but now I taking some baby food and feeling much better

Don't feel bad, is awesome! is 10 pond less in your body, Remember it will be a no too long process. keep going and be patient. Congratulations.

Same here, my GS was the friday 13th in Tijuana with the Dr Garcia and I am fine, no hungry at all, drinking my liquid sip by sip, becacuse still fell cramp when i drink it, but only for that I am fine. somentime feel weak or sleepy i don't know, the only thing that i know 100% is that I am much better than before, because know I will be hearthy for ever. I am doing my best trying to be active, today I went to the gym and walk for 30 minutes slowly, then drink and them rest, now I am here really fresh, I wash my hair and take a long shower, after that I am new again

Hi everybody Today was a crazy day, but we're fine ake up a 3:30 flying at 5:30 to atlanta and them to San Diego,CA Everything was cool, Samuel the driver is a nice guy, speak really good english, He pickup us very puntual, no a limosine, but was fine. The hotel is really clean, nice, confortable and good location, somentime the cellphone work without rooming, the internet is good, nice Flat TV I am know in the 2nd room, because i request a change, the first one was double and I want a king, they gave me a really plain broth and maybe less that a cup (hellowwww).I was so ungry looking my husband eating and I stubborn, I left him there and I rum to my room with dry mouth and the same hungry. Walmart is close we walk to there, we forgot my lapto charge and we find it there in 20 bucks, them I was soooooooooooooo hungry almost dying, but at the same sidewalk passing the hotel is a hotel with the name EL SOL, THEY MAKE A WONDERFULL CHICKEN BROTH SOUP, Know waiting for tomorrow morning , later will drink other chiken broth I APOLOGIZE WITH EVERYBODY I LOGIN REMOTLY TO MY OFFICE PC AND MY MAIN LANGUAGE IS SPANISH

My is in TJ,MX too and it will be the 13th, so the 12 I will be on my way to San Diego, CA so it will be all. I plan travel only with my carry on luggage and my husband the same too, so no waisted time in the airport, and inside I all ready had cream, toothpaste, toothbrush, hairbrush, 7 underwear, a pair of flipflop, crunchy for my hair , Socks, Deodorant, my lapto, few confi t-shirts and short, 2 Bra, (most of the time i will be without it), tylenol, my medications for asthma, my cellphone that is with me allllllll the time, Just pack the basic things; confortable and easy.
