Right in the squareMe!!! HamiltonAm over 2 months out from surgery and I am having bruising on my legs and arms it is weird also my ankles are swelling all of a sudden. Any one having these same issues I am down 47 lbs which is great but have been at a stall For almost 3 weeks now. Mr dr is sending me for bw to check ally levels to make sure everything is ok.Have not lost any weight in almost 3 weeks I am 2 months out from surgery and have lost 45 lbs so I am not complaining. I am going to the gym 3-4 days a week but I think my issue is I am not eating enought my nutritionist said my body is starting to hold onto calories it is in starvation mode. So I am trying to up my food intake Nd water will see what happens then. Have any of you had a long stall if so what helped break itI am 5'3 and I weighed 237 my goal is 140 I think it is realistic for me I am to big boned. I hope I get there but like you would be happy at 150. Good luck I will be sleaved in 9 daysO how much did everyone lose on their pre op diet and how long was it?? I just started mine yesterday and my surgery is 2 weeks from today so 15 days total for me. So far so good I am not to crabby. I lost 4 lbs the 1st day so that is a good start.April 24th!!!! Is my surgery date did all of My clearence's except for cardiac which is in 2 days I can't wait I am soooooo excited to get on with a healthy an happy life. I am 33 have 2 boys that are 2 and 4 and 5'3" weight 235.April 24 th I will be sleaved!!!! I can't wait have all my clearence's done except cardiologist which is next Monday!!! I am 33 yrs old 5'3" tall and weight in at about 235. My dr wants me to start my pre op diet the day after Easter I am not looming forward to that but it will be worth it in the long run. Also I am in NJ any else hereAm having my sleeve on April 24 and am starting to look for protein shakes that taste good and have te most protein in them. What have you tried and liked. Also I see others have their favorite things they have after surgery what is yours. What do I have to have!!I am April 24 so close to u!!
