Ok everyone, I just caught the last min of the 20/20 interview w/Star Jones. All I caught was that she said her husband wasn't gay & that the ?? offened them both. What I wanted to know was: Did they mention anything about her weight loss & anything about surgery? Did anyone hear anything?

I got a tour package from Perillo Tours for $4129.00 on the black out dates. This is an all inclusive tour and tours the following cities: Palermo 2nights, Agrigento 1night, Taormina Lido 3nights, Sorrento 3 nights, and Rome 3nights. OK here is the run down. No wonder I am so tired and my back is out. WHEW!! First, my mother is having surgery on the 30th to remove a diseased portion of her colon due to diverticulitis. Second, I am going to Tucson on the 31st for a Gem and Bead show for my Jewelry Biz. Third, I have a daughter that is delivering her second child and my 7th grandchild on the 24th Fourth, I just found out that my youngest daughter, who got married June of 04, is pregnant and most likely due in Sept. Okay tomorrow I am thinking of getting a hair Cut... I know when I need one when I can put my hair in a bun with no problems.. To long, if it is to long I will keep it in a bun... and if scrunch up my shorts and stand bowlegged I look like a Sumo Wrestler LOL what A sight I know... I even dance like one in the mirror and grunt at times LOL Anyway If I get my hair cut tomorrow (Friday) I will put my Avatar back up.. maybe... if my hubby takes a good picture... I found this great website to make your own music station. Its called www.pandora.com and you name your station, list a few artist or songs that you like and then they play more based on your input! I love it I dance around the house and if it plays a song I don't like, I give it a thumbs down on the guide us button. If you like it you give it a thumbs up! and guess what, it "learns" from your selections. Its great to exercise to. I did a search on music from my hi school years and entered a bunch of artist and song titles. Its grovin on a Saturday afternoon! I weighed this morning and I am officially lighter than my husband now. I am 6 lbs lighter than him now....yahooooo!!! He is 6' tall and I am 5'2 1/2. He is about 50 lbs over weight. But I am determined to get to my goal before he loses his weight. He says he tries but he really doesn't...LOL Oh well just thought I would share my new victory with ya all.

It's great to be among the living. Things were so serious that we need a Fun Thread. What is the weirdest thing in your fridge right now? I have a really old pitcher of homemade pickled eggs with foil barely around the top. The whole thing truly disgusts me, but my husband likes them and made them a few months ago. Had I known the man would one day make pickled eggs and leave them uncovered for months in the fridge, I may have reconsidered marrying this farm boy.

My surgery was for the 24th of this month. I went yesterday for my pre-op and my post of class. I was getting so excited that my time was coming near. I got a call from one of the nurses after I got home and she told me that they need to hold off on the band and remove my gallbladder the 24th. I need to wait six weeks after that, so my band will be placed on March 17th. I was devastated at first when she told me, but I got over it fairly quick, so now just bummed. I was so nervous about having any kind of surgery to begin with and the thought of having to go under twice just makes me crazy. OUCH! My jeans fit like a glove, but they kill my port! I have to leave them unbuttoned & unzip them half way, & then fold the 2 sides of the fly inside the waist. Anyone else experience this? These jeans are not tight! & they have spandex.

Which one do you have? Would you recommend it? If so why? I have the Kodak EasyShare DX 6440, with the printing docking station, which also recharges the batteries. I love this concept, the printer and the fact I don't have to replace batteries, but I want a camera that I can do faster shots, without the lengthy recovery time between pictures. Like with the new gbaby, I'll have this awesome shot, then between the time I actually press the button and the camera captures the shot, the eyes are closed and the head is turned. This is kind of a long story, but I'm looking for an outside opinion for my sister. Lots of us here seem to have crazy families, so I thought maybe you guys would have some good ideas. History: Parents are divorced, mom has a boyfriend (AJ), who is basically our stepdad, but they refuse to get married (they both had bad divorces). Jackson is my Schnauzer & Mabel (short for Mabelline) is my mutt. Mabel chose us last summer & showed up when she was about 6 weeks old, outside of my chicken pen screaming! She is so loveable! I'm glad she chose us! They are so bad! I couldn't get them to put the toy down for a group picture!

I have found the answer to no more visible panty lines for the chunky. Lace boy shorts! A couple of years ago, a friend of mine strongly recommended thongs for getting rid of VPL. Yeah right! I actually found some in my size. They have never been worn! LOL! I just couldn't do it! I found these on the Just My Size website. They are wonderful! They are comfortable & they fit! We went on Christmas and had so much fun. They are the sweetest animals! We went right into the pen and they came up to us. The owner gave us all some food so we could feed them. All the adults were saying "what ever Terri, We will go if you really want." Well I think they enjoyed it almost as much if not more than the kids. If you have a Alpaca farm near you I highly suggest you take your kids there. SOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!!!! Here is some pictures of the Alpacas.

Please keep me and my dalmation, Schnapps, in your prayers today. Her medical issues are getting worse and its time for her to be put to rest. I want her life to be ended while she has dignity. I adopted her as an abused dog 11 1/2 years ago and we have had a very good life together. She never did learn to ride motorcycle but has been the best companion. She will be joining her grandfather this afternoon. He used to love to rub his feet on her back so I can guess what they will be doing tonight. Its been a tough week for both of us but I think this is the best way to start our new year. Celeste

He is the doctor that did my husband's hernia surgery and we like him. He has done quite a few of the weight loss surgeries but I have not talked to him about that yet. My boss has the worst mood swings known to man. One day he's my friend, the next day he's the meanest boss ever. He's known to say some downright mean and nasty things to people, including me. I'm the only clerical employee at the office. He comes in maybe 1-3 hours/day max, so his view of what goes on isn't always accurate. I've been employed with this company for 7 months now and have taken off 8.5 days. 3 for my lapband (which he knows about), 1 day for vacation, 4 days for being sick, and .5 days for a doctor appointment. The last few days have been really rough for me. I took my sweet old dog Astro to the vet yesterday for the last time. He was over 16 years old, which for a large breed dog is beyond ancient. Two days ago I tried to send him on his way myself with an overdose of pain medications, but instead he got really perky and felt great. So much for my career as a poisoner. We got Astro second hand 7 years ago this week. His former owner loved him so very much, so much in fact that she realized that she was working way too many hours and needed to find a family that had a kid and time for him. Since being unbanded, I am struggling again with the head demons. I am trying really hard to not give in and most times I beat them back. However, the times I don't will eventually catch up with me and I will start gaining. DON'T want that to happen. So, I am soliciting all info on the several diets that are out there now. While reading another thread about a mother in law that was ungrateful for getting a NICE gift, I thought about one year that my mother in law gave me and my husband a USED ice cream maker as our gift (torn box and all). Now that was the gift for the both of us. That same night... in the same room...my husbands dear brother received season tickets to the Stars games (hockey) for his family of 4.
