Rancher being sued by illegal immigrants

Recommended Posts

I was outraged by this story. I'm not interested in debating it with anyone, I just wanted to put the story out there for those who are interested.

Washington Times - 16 illegals sue Arizona rancher

If you want to contribute to his legal fund send it to:

Roger Barnett Legal Defense Fund

1498 E Fry Blvd

Sierra Vista, AZ 85635

I don't have any real amount of money to send but I'm sure every little bit helps.

None of this applies to these mongrels:

civil rights

A broad range of privileges and rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution and subsequent amendments and laws that guarantee fundamental freedoms to all individuals. These freedoms include the rights of free expression and action (civil liberties); the right to enter into contracts, own property, and initiate lawsuits; the rights of due process and equal protection of the laws; opportunities in education and work; the freedom to live, travel, and use public facilities wherever one chooses; and the right to participate in the democratic political system.

i think it's a load of crap. i would defend my property from trespassers weather in the country legally or not.

Too bad Arizona doesn't believe in the sanctity of private property like Texas does....

NOTE: I AM NOT saying this just to argue with Beth but.....

shoot em? mongrels?

Are we all native americans here then? I'm not a supporter of illegal immigrants but they are still people with moms and dads and kids, not mongrels to be shot. If I was on the jury, I'd certainly vote to dismiss their lawsuit but let's not round em all up and shoot em eh hitler?

They have NO business here, and they certainly have no right to sue this guy. But because of the way things are going, these pond scum will win and the American people will lose more of their rights to their own land.

They are "people" who belong on THEIR side of the fence, plain and simple. If they choose to come here, they risk their lives in doing so. If shooting them begins to eliminate the problem, I am all for doing that. I believe so long as they are going to abuse my country, abuse its resources, and abuse its people, they are nothing more than a virus on society and should be eliminated. Period.

Isn't it funny how you never hear or see headlines saying "illegal immigrant sodmizes 10 year old girl" or "illegal immigrant jailed for having sex with dog". No that's us good ole americans. Point of fact, they really don't cause too many problems, they are busy doing crap jobs and avoiding la migra.

but in this case (not generally speaking) the protection of personal property, rather the inability to do so is the issue.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
