well I was only there for about 40 minutes because I told Dr Hoffman it was ok if he didnt see me this time. I knew I didnt want a fill so it was quick. I lost 8.5 lbs since my last weigh in so Im pretty happy. I also got a package in the mail before I left of all clothes from Express. And they fit!! So exciting the biggest size they carry is large so I was thrilled.

Congrats Rain..8.5lbs is pretty awesome:thumbup:! I did lose 2lbs (pales in comparison lol) but he did take some of the fill out to help with the constant heartburn i've been having.

What time were you there? I think I left around 1:30 or 2pm.

what's up ya, glad to see everyone is doing so well. ok i know i have been m.i.a but, after reading everyones post feels like i have been here all along:biggrin: well ya a hot damn mess ok i was rolling reading the posts. and i must say i would have hit the damn ceiling if she said that to me. i would have read that A$$ straight for real, who the hell does she think she is. i lost the nice gene along time ago dont have time for the rude stuff and dont put up with it. if they act funny to me i tell them off and i feel so much better but, thats me ladies. im still young and dont know any better at least thats what my old man says when i tell him off:thumbup:

and ms rain you go girl work it. :thumbup:are you still doing the auqatheropy? well me i have good days and i have bad days. i just came back from the bahamas oct 1st it was nice i got sunburned out of this world. and for the first time in a while i wore a swim suit. i must have been drunk nah i wasnt. i looked good on that ship ladies, it felt good all the guys that was trying to talk to me. oh biggurlx i did sneak you a nice man back in my suitcase:tt2: feels like we havent talked in ages im still crazy.

oh my god did anyone see the tyra banks show yesterday? it was about how overweight people are viewed. this one lady lord if i could have been there with her she would have gotten beat down for real. she said fat people was gross,discusting, and lazy and told this lady while she was at a buffet she needed a salad and Water she shouldnt even be at a buffet she was fat enough. i had to take a nerve pill after watchin that show:ohmy: it reminded me how cruel others can be. but, either way im not gone let anyone take my joy im proud of how far i have came and i dont give a damn how other judge they better keep that on the low :mad: so ms vicki hell with her dont be angry cus she tried to rain on you she stupid and gone gain it back and then some and then thats when u say guess you should have gotten the band hun:thumbup:

Oh Yea Vicki weigh in day. I am down 2lbs since last week. 4.5 lbs to go until the halloween challenge is over. Next thursday-monday I will be in Miami Beach so I hope I dont screw up.

I saw some of the Tyra show but turned it as the girl who "let" the boyfriend dog her out was gettin on my last nerve. He had nerve to tell her he can get a badd-ass b*tch. I crackin up lookin at him ..he could'nt get a crack-ass b*tch the way he looked LOL.. girlfriend did'nt realize she could do a lot better than him..but she let him dog her so bad that she felt she could'nt get anything better...anyways that got on my last nerve.

But I did'nt see that part about the buffet comment.. It does remind me of what happened to me waaaay before I got into this program. I was at the Old Country Buffet (grins at vicki) and this guy had to nerve to walk past me and say " I hope you save enough for everyone else" :w00t: OK:angry: China.. You know I went off on his azz! I cussed his azz out and loud talked him and told him he didnt know me and I would slam his face right into that tray.. Dude practically ran back to his seat LMAO ...the elderly lady standing next to me who heard him ..leaned over to me and said " that's telling him! He won't be quick to open his mouth like again". I was like yup, but I had to laugh about it to keep from going over to his table and dumping my tray over his head. <-- That would have been funny!
