HEY THERE EVERYONE, Haven't been on this website for quite sometime, where does the time go?!! I love everyones email ... you guys are awesome. If I didn't have my surgery yet...this is a GREAT support group!! For those of you who are waiting and waiting, be patient! It will happen .... and when it does, it will be the BEST thing you ever did!! Thanx Live/Laugh/Love ... it was great seeing you at Hoffman's .. Good Morning Everyone, DeeH - I was at the seminar on Thursday. A friend of mine is going to have it done, I did mine in Nov 07 (BEST thing I ever did for myself and HOFFMAN is the BEST at it). You have a partner for life in him!! I thought the presentation was awesome and very informative. I'm was glad I heard it all over again, because the statistic's scared the heck out of me all over again!! Efran - Are you calling Marietta (859-2067)? She is the one that is in charge of putting together the orientations, my advice is to call and call and call till you get her in PERSON! Good Luck! The WALK in thepark is still happening, every SATURDAY at 8:00am we meet at the juice Bar ... it's alot of fun! You walk at your own pace! JOIN US! (Hoffman joins us too) Loraine

Hi Everybody ..... boy has it been along time since I've been on this website ... I've missed you guys!! Remember ... Saturday morning's at Delaware park, it's suppose to be a nice day ... we can meet at 8:00am at the Juice Bar, we can walk the park and then bring your lawn chairs so we can chit-chat on the lawn afterwards, let's say about 9:00am. So if you can't make the walk, just come at 9:00a to talk and hear GREAT success stories!! Look forward to it ... Judy, Christa, Dawn and me will be there ... and hopefully many more! :tt2:

Lydiafree - next step is; when they receive your information, they (Malissa's Office) will call you and invite you to the next orientation. Stay on them (859-2067). Call in a few days and make sure that they received your app. After the orientation they will schedule an appointment with Dr. Hoffman.... make sure that you request Dr. Hoffman. If you stay on them, they are really good. Its just that after a orientation (March, April 3rd) they get swamped with applications and appointments. Good luck and keep us informed on your progress.

Hey Cynthia, my appointment with Hoffman got switched to the 8th. He is not feeling well today. I don't know if I need a fill yet, it would be my 1st if I get one on the 8th. Call me anytime, we can start to put the Event Calendar together, otherwise are you planning on coming to the park on this Saturday? I'll be there as long as it doesn't rain or snow. I hope your feeling better. Sally ..... don't worry...I talked to Dr. Hoffman's office and gave him your name, so make sure you introduce yourself to him on Thursday, you can even mention my name to jog his memory. Also, I don't know where you live, but we have been meeting every Saturday at Delaware park to walk, including Hoffman. 8:00am at the juice Bar

Hi Cheryl50 ... Dr. Hoffman is at Buffalo General Hospital - its the Comprehensive Weightloss Clinic on the 15th floor. He is the Best! 859-4024 (Lisa, his asst). He has been doing the LAP-BAND procedure for quite sometime. His passion for his patients is OVER-WHELMING! I'd definately give her a call to get the ball rolling. Bloomerific .... All three (3) doctors speak for a brief moment. Dr. Forbes is the woman, Dr. Posner is one of the doctors and Dr. Hoffman has short light brown hair,nice smile. They all introduce themselves ... I have an appointment with Hoffman today ... I will mention your name, so introduce yourself to him, if you can. Good luck!

Cynthia - We missed you Saturday at the Park, hopefully you can make this Saturday! I asked Lisa @ Hoffman's office to call you and give you my #, did she? Hope your feeling better.

Sally, I'm sorry to hear that they lost your 1st application, but it WILL happen for you and once it does ... it will be the BEST decision you have ever made in your life. Definately, get Dr. Hoffman ... he's the best, insist on it!! I remember going to the orientation, it was a DEFINATELY eye opener for me, I never thought I was a statistic! WOW. Listen to everything that they have to say and try to talk to Hoffman after it. I'm glad you found our Chat-link!!

Morning Everyone ... I thought the walk in the park was a successful turnout, I'll be there next Saturday at 8:00am, but I feel the same way about not being able to speak with everyone while walking. We could always meet at Delaware Park and sit on the grass and talk .. of course only if the sun is out! I TOTALLY enjoyed meeting everyone! Cynthia, we never exchanged information, so I have no way of getting in touch with you. Can't wait to the weather breaks .. the sky is the limit for us all!! :wub:

Did you meet Dr. Hoffman or were you just with Barb? I'm excited for you, this was the BEST thing I ever did for myself!!

How is everyone doing? Haven't heard from anyone lately? Cynthia, did you end up getting a fill that day, i'm sure you didn't ... your loosing alot of weight, way to go!!! Still on for the 22nd of March for the Bandster Walk?
