Intermittent Fasting Daily Menu/Results/Accountability

So even when I don't mean to do IF, I end up eating in limited windows anyway. I'm a little frustrated with myself because I want to stop the weight loss even more now since it's coming at the expense of my curves. :(

I tend to be a morning person, and between emails, phone calls and BP, my mornings just disappear. It's nearly 1 pm and I haven't had anything to eat yet (or laid out all my supplements). I need to get better about this. :blush: (But I have drank my 64 oz already, so small yay?)

Im also finding that with the exception of Hell Week, my window is also naturally limited. Pattern at this point. But yay for hydration... anddddd I'll loan you some fat for transfer, don't worry

Ok, due to poor behavior this weekend, I'm gonna try for a 24 hour fast. Next meal will hopefully be tonight around 7:30pm. Lots and lots of black coffee, green tea and matcha! :D

First of all you never come off as an a-hole. Cuz you aren't one! :)

I'm probably just knee deep in transference cuz I AM an a-hole. :( And I know I shouldn't rebound from poor choices and do a full day fast cuz some of my nutrients are pretty low right now. But I want the satisfaction of knowing that I AM in control of my choices and what goes down my pie-hole!

And I love your 99 red luftballoons!

Honestly, you have Matcha so it's the caffeine and not the coffee that matters apparently

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
