I just got my surgery date and I want to make some August surgery friends so we can share our ups and downs in the weight loss journey.

I was just notified today that my insurance approved the surgery! Surgery date is August 13th. Pretty exciting!

You nervous?

I'm super excited not really nervous at all yet I'm sure as the date gets closer and closer I will start to freak lol. TMI but my b-day is Aug. 27th and my date is the 30th so this is the best belated b-day gift EVER!

I am August 28th for RNY bypass.

As ready as im gonna be...lol I start the 14th. How about you?

I start the 15th. I’m also trying to start my vitamins but I’m unsure with exactly which to use, any suggestions

My team recommends the following as a baseline. Then depending on individual needs adds iron, b12, etc..

I bought Centrum adult chewable and Flintstone complete to see which I tolerate better.

Ooh hi, we're close to surgery twins! Mine's scheduled for the 17th

And remember at September 5th I am your designated Red Headed Stepchild in the Attic our parents might have talked about. I consider myself a Almost August!

September 5 is right around the corner. I'll be here for ya!
