So I went out with friends for the first time since surgery. Funniest shit ever. Ordered salmon that came with soup and salad. Needless to say I cancelled the salmon and just got the soup and salad. I didn’t take before pictures but the after pictures are pretty laughable.

My friend got a bacon cheeseburger deluxe with cheese fries. With a side of two eggs over easy with cheese and toast. And ate it all and I’m just mixing my soup around.

1. Personal goal: Make 20 sales by the end of September from my clothing business (sugarfreetee.com)
2. Sleeve. Still losing (30 more lbs at most)

Also coming up on my one year, down 100 lbs. My goal is to lose about 25-30 more lbs and then maintain from there
