3 months post OP and 5 weeks pregnant
Hey there. First congratulations. Second I’m in a similar situation. 8 months post op and coming up on 6 weeks. I’m still in shock. Although I haven’t hit my goal weight, the weight loss has stabilized. Im planning on continuing to eat healthy and exercising to minimize my weight gain. Doctors recommended no more than 15lbs which is okay with me. Obviously this was not planned but is welcomed none the less. I pray you have a safe and stress free pregnancy.

❤ APRIL 2019 CHALLENGE❤
Vegan Keto=meal prep being an extreme sport. After having surgery I became one of the pickiest eats. I mean food going bad because I was still trying to eat all the food I use to like and it was making me sick. So I stopped eating pork beef turkey and chicken. Didn’t really phase me. I was eating fish from time to time but most times I wasn’t. Again food going bad. Because on Monday fish sounded like a good idea but by Tuesday night I didn’t even want to look at it. So naturally I was just like fine just go vegetarian. But most vegetarian dishes that are easy to make are full of carbs. I started looking in to keto fast forward I’m here. What do I eat? Avocados made in a million ways Chia puddings A plethora of vegetables. Jack fruit Flaxseeds Nuts Berries Sunwarrior protein powder I make everything.

Question on how you deal with the WLS haters...
Ppl keep telling me I need to stop losing weight I’m getting too small. I’m still in the 200s (just 7lbs to 199) so clearly they have no idea what they are talking about. I simply tell them to mind the business that pays them. And since I’m not paying them they should stop minding my business. All with a smile.

What, you had NO surgery complications?
I’ll officially be 8 months out tomorrow and I feel great. From the day of my surgery to today I’ve had no complications. I didn’t use my pain meds. I still have the unopened bottle. I’ve exceeded the goals I original set for myself and the goals my doctor set for me. I’ve had no hair lose, actually my hair is the healthiest it has been in a long time. And my skin is snapping back wonderfully. (Thank God) Of course I’ve had plateaus in my weight but I’ve learned what these plateaus are telling me about my body and what I need to work on. My weight has been decreasing consistently. I’ve officially lost 80lbs. 11 more will take me into ONEderland.

I literally eat four foods, avocado, cashews, cheese, and fruits (mostly strawberries and grapes)

Six months post-op+ : The Sophomores Thread
I haven’t really eaten today because I don’t have a taste for anything. Food literally goes bad in my fridge because I’m so picky.

Anyone lose their appetite? Like sometimes I get hungry but never have a taste for anything. Anyone else become abnormally picky.

Six months post-op+ : The Sophomores Thread
I so needed this thread. Just made 6 months and I’m down 70lbs. Wow. Just thinking about that number is just crazy. But I’ve been in a stall for two weeks and it is killing my vibe.
