I Believe It Was Worth It
Absolutely, positively no regrets. This has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. Sure I had some nerves about how I'd handle the holiday season, but everything went just fine. I also have a little angst about the possibility of losing my hair. But I'm taking biotin and L Lysine and moving on. No way do I have a shred of a doubt that I made the right decision.

We're all getting fatter..wait what?
I agree. And the quality of food sucks, seems like everything is fried and heavily processed.

We're all getting fatter..wait what?
I agree. It seem like a lot of my socialization revolves around eating. I'm having to find other things to do that doesn't involve food.

We're all getting fatter..wait what?
I wish you a very, very happy birthday [emoji512] Believe me, I understand your frustration with food/eating being a major part of every single function. I am going to try and focus on family not give too much attention to all the food and desserts and drinking going on.

We're all getting fatter..wait what?
I know what u mean. Ever since I had my surgery, I realize how much I used to eat for NO REASON AT ALL! And I feel like the only place I ever met up with friends was at a restaurant. I'm still trying to reprogram my brain
