  9. yes, they know what to ask and how to take care of you, typically they will ask, what time was your last meal, when was your last period, are you allergic to latex etc.
  10. Hi, I hope you are all well and reaching your goals, new year... new you, Just wondering what type of exercise ppl are doing, how many day a week, for how long? I lift wts heavy 3 x wk, Lift light 2x followed by yoga or pilaltes. I hate the dreadmill but I do it because its so cold out and I can do a 5k on the dreadmill.

  17. Thank you for your comments on self esteem question. Looks like we are on the same page, but I still see women at the gym checking picking proding every little thing about themselves

  19. I meant collectively but yeah, its so in our faces to be model like. I'm glad we are seeing more varity in model size, ethnic backgound, more inclusive
  20. Please be careful, insurance may not pay bc you have been successful at losing on your own. Ask you dr, talk to your insurance. And look at you, you may not need the surgery, I think that's awesome
