Just dealing. lol. I ordered keratin supplements and biotin/collagen shampoo/conditioner and keratin masques. But really, there's nothing to do about it very much so you just roll with it. Meh, it'll come back someday.

I have been having hair issues ever since I lost a ton of weight from low-carb and keto. I also found out that I am severely Vitamin D deficient and may have a thyroid issue that needs to be looked back at once I'm at a stable weight.

So, I went to the salon today and cut off A LOT. It will likely grow back a certain point by the time its expected to fall out, but I wanted practice on how to deal with shorter hair prior, so it is what it is.

I was kind of losing hair prior to weightloss due to hypothyroidism but had levels checked before surgery and levels were high for all vitamins.. I’m 67 days out from surgery and I have to say that I haven’t really been losing more than what I was losing before surgery (which is surprising) but I’m not complaining ?

I take biotin 10,000 mcg daily and super B complex along with my regular daily vitamins religiously ..
I started losing about 3.5 months post op. Hair is very thin to begin with. Looking at toppers and a wig that is the same style I wear my hair now
