My friend and pro chef made me this amazing avocado Tomato omelette, I made him the Italian herb bread. Ate about 75% of it

So weird how we crave new stuff after the surgery. I ate rich food all weekend and felt truly AWFUL after every meal--like "I gotta lay down for a couple hours awful..." And now the only things that sound good today are things like lean white fish, shrimp, chicken broth, shrimp, white fish...lol...cauliflower rice. These are the only things I know I can eat that won't make me feel like I wanna hurl afterward!

It is crazy! I wouldn't touch cottage cheese for 30 something years then all of a sudden (after surgery & after a hospitalization)I'm buying it like it's ice cream, while ice cream is sitting in my freezer😂😂😂😂😥😥😥😥😎😎
