I had 10 day check up yesterday, dropped 20 so far, dr moved me onto stage 3 puree foods, looking foward to something other then a shake.

Hello I'm also on week 3 today is day 22. I'm still on pureed/liquids. Have you moves to soft foods yet ??

My surgeon allowed me soft foods one week post-op. I had none of the nausea or complications others endured.

Surgery Was on 10/03, down 25.6 lbs. Weight loss slowed this week, but I am losing inches. I feel great. Red meat doesn't sit well with me nor does cheating by trying to sample bad choices, so yep...I stopped that nonsense. I finally got a small hunger feeling this week, but no cravings. I didn't see a difference, but others notice. So, I took a photo today and put it side by side with a before VSG pic and it is insane to see the face behind the extra lbs. How are you all doing? #wecandoit

I had my sleeve on 10/25 but I’ve been hungry constantly ever since. [emoji24] feels like my stomach is trying to eat itself bc I can’t meet any of my nutritional goals [emoji24]

It's probably gas pains. Take an antacid and drink liquids
