So I am finishing up day 5 of clear liquids only... I wanna eat food so bad [emoji31] My diet only allows protein drinks, broth, sf drinks, sf popsicles, and sf jello. What I've found is that it's ALL in the mind for me... my stomach isn't hungry (really!) but mentally, I'm craving everything under the sun. 9 days to go! Omg

I've lost weight before.. I think the majority of us have given it our best effort... but the reason I'm going through with it (about same pant size as you) is to keep it off for good. I've been 40 lbs less than where I was but it came back. Congrats on the awesome work that you've done!

Depends on insurance. I started the process the first week of January and I'll be having surgery later this month

Hi, I have Anthem BCBS (Ohio). What is the timeline for approval? I read somewhere that they have 10 days to make a decision, but my doctors office is telling me 3-4 weeks. I've been waiting about 5 days and the anticipation is killing me!

Seriously? Why would you get upset? Everyone is in the battle to lose. I busted my butt for years trying to lose 'naturally', so props to them if they were able to do so! I just think it's an odd mindset to have and to think that WLS is the only permanent way to lose weight, because that's false. It's just the option that works for US in particular.
