Regnamie I don't know if this will help you but I just open the capsules into my mouth and then swallow some Water to move it around and drink it down.

Nothing tastes good with it! I put it in apple juice and that was the best I could do. After my one week visit to the doctor he said it was ok to take the capsules ! Good luck my sleeve was 1/25

I use 2 spoons. I take one and cover it in sugar free cool whip. I pour the the cap out then cover it with more cool whip. Works like a charm.

Ask your doctor for a different drug. There are many proton pump inhibitors (PPI) available. I take pantoprazole and that comes in a small, coated tablet. Very easy to swallow.

Looks like I'm going to have to manually manage the acid in my body by sipping lemon Water all day, taking organic apple cider vinegar in distilled water mornings and evenings, and adding herbal tea digestive enzymes daily. Lemon water keeps your body alkaline naturally, apple cider vinegar kicks acid in the butt, and the herbal tea digestive enzymes aid with proper digestion.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
