Vitamins suggestion...mine I can't tolerate...

I also get Calcium chewables from Walgreens. They are not the citrate kind.

I had recent labs and all my blood work is looking really great. No deficiencies.

I take the Vitamins I took before surgery. NOW foods. They are huge though but I don't have trouble swallowing pills.

I think chewable are disgusting, I'm not a toddler. I'll never take them.

I choose the soft chew Vitamins, not the "chewable" kind. The soft chews are more like taffy/Starburst consistency. I take Iron, calcium citrate, and a Multivitamin this way.

I also bought those huge calcium citrate chews... I will have to find a way to make them tolerable! But for Multivitamins I am taking Centrum adult. Don't taste awesome, don't taste awful. I like them.

I’m using the optisource (?) chewable and omg VOMIT! Trader Joe’s has the comparable chewable with the same same Vitamins and minerals but same yuck taste. I realllly want to switch to a soft chew. Pre op I took vitafusion adult but it has no minerals! And currently taking no Calcium. I’m 10 days post op.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
