Has anyone lost 100+ pounds?

Just wondering if it is possible to lose this much, and if so, how long did it take you?

I know everyone is different. Just looking to hear some different stories :)

I'm 10 lbs way from losing 100lbs and I am six months out. Surgery weight was 307 my height 5'9" and I currently weigh 217lbs so I think definitely you can loss 100lbs but give your body time and follow nutritionist instructions.

I had surgery in July 2015 and I couldn't be more happy with my results. Especially since I remember thinking that I would never be able to get the weight off because just felt like such a high number. I thought my doctor was crazy with the goal of 150 that he set for me but as you can see I am basically there. Good luck to you!

Losing a large amount of your body weight is totally do-able.... The most FANTASTIC part to me is keeping the weight off!!!

Never has it been so relaxed.

Many of you know I was banded in 2006, and this year is my 10 year anniversary!!! Would not change a thing about my weight loss post life.

(Obviously, losing my wonderful husband suddenly in 2014 was the most painful)

But food was NOT the answer.... To any of my problems....

So blessed to be here...

I've been waiting and watching this thread for quite a while.... Today I get to post! My starting weight was 263 and today I weighed in at 162.9!!! I finally made it to 100 lbs lost! post-256910-1457954321392_thumb.jpg

At left this Saturday at my BFF's baby shower where I ran my a** off getting everything ready (I think this pushed me to the 100lb mark )

At right exactly two years ago. Not quiet my highest weight but I thought it was appropriate as it popped up on my Facebook feed yesterday!

Congratulations
