  2. Actually that does help thank you
  3. I wish you can get some protein and I haven’t had much luck with that only water and sometimes sugar-free Jell-O I’ve lost 13 pounds in the last week. And I see my surgeon on Monday I don’t think it’s a good thing
  4. That sounds pretty cool I’ll try to see if I can tolerate that. I know I’m going to need the protein since I haven’t been taking in much just water and sugar free Jell-O
  5. Everything makes me nauseous the only thing I can tolerate right now is watering and sometimes sugar-free Jell-O

  8. I had bypass on Friday of last week
  9. All I’ve been eating is chicken broth tomato soup and water
  10. All they gave me was the eat Liquid for one week, mushy food for the following 2 weeks and as the weeks go by introduce solids food into my diet. My nutritionist did not give me any recipes on how to start it I could not afford to buy that book they were selling
  11. This is my second time around. First time I had the sleeve now I have the RNY bypass but it seems that everything I have learned throughout the past couple of years I have thrown out the window. And I mean literally because no matter how hard I try to remember what I should eat I can’t remember what foods to eat now that I am on the liquid diet. Not sure if milk is even OK to drink I’m afraid to try anything. Any advice or recipes

  17. So I called the office and the told me to check my sugar level. Which I thought was weird cause I’m not diabetic but my sugar level were 67 they told me to eat something small and recheck the levels again. It was 120 after eating a chicken salad. They told me to eat two meals instead of the one of 300 cal or less. And not to eat anything after 8 tonight
  18. Thanks I will keep that in mind
  19. So I’m having surgery on Friday a revision of a sleeve to RNY bypass. They put me on the pre-op diet yesterday but I have been experiencing extreme nausea and dizziness has anyone ever experience this? Should I call my doctor? I don’t want him to postpone the surgery
  20. The second picture was one week before surgery 315lbs. And the first picture is now at 185lbs you can definitely lose the weight you just have to work for it
