  • Popular Post

Welcome to the Valentines Day weight loss challenge! Im Sarah (vsgSarah3) I have taken over the weight loss challenges form Stephh so she can focus on her new coming addition!

Please be patient with me as I work full time and have 3 kids to care for. I will do my best to update every Monday, Tuesday at the latest. This is my first time hosting so please be kind!

I think its best to keep the same basic rules Stephh had going so he goes.

The challenge will run from Monday Jan. 4th through Feb. 15th. This will give a total of 7 weigh in's. Please add your starting and goal weight on Jan. 4th and your last weight on Feb. 15th. I will also update the spreadsheet on Mondays.

The link for the spreadsheet is:

Rules and Reminders:

1. You will know the spreadsheet is updated once I have liked your post

2. Post weigh ins here, in this post only.

3. We are all here to support each other, so if you have questions posted here they will be answered by anyone else willing to help.

4. If you want to adjust your goal weight please add it to your reply in this post.

5. If you miss a weigh in, no problem! Just post it with your next weeks weigh in.

6. If your screen name changes please let me know your old and new name.

7. If you miss 3 or more weigh ins I will assume you no longer want to continue the challenge and your name will be removed from the spreadsheet.

This challenge is for anyone! If you have not had your surgery yet, if you just had surgery, or if you are just in maintenance and need to have some accountability, this challenge is for you!!!

Hi Sarah!

I weighed in today, Feb. 15th, at 220 lbs.

Thanks so much for taking this challenge on.

277.6 It has been a tough challenge. 4 weeks of stalls. I lost 12.4 pounds and that is a step in the right direction.

Thanks so much for all the work it took to tabulate this. It was very sweet of you to do this.

I will finish updating the spreadsheet tomorrow afternoon sometime and get all our final numbers up. Sorry for the delay, I had to work today and have an early shift tomorrow.

Weighed in at 198.4. Up .2 lbs but still in onederland! Thanks and I look forward to the next challenge!

140.2

LOL, Ok, I wouldn't normally do this, but I want to update my number on the thread. I made my goal 1 day past the last check in day yesterday. 1 DAY! Hahaha....

My goal was 163. I was 162.8 this morning. :P

Sarah, you don't have to change the spreadsheet. I just wanted to write it down somewhere. After all the struggles I had with stalls these last few weeks to see the drop happen 1 day past the check-in deadline just made me roll my eyes. ;-)

On to the next challenge!
