Yes, im taking my vitamins, drinking all my water plus more, only protein, some fruit and lots of veggies. I started exercising again and feel like im done losing but im really not :-(

I am definitely at a stall for 8 months now and gaining, help, ive been walking/running, cut out most of my carbs and have included more protein. Why am I not losing?

So today im 14 months out and have gained 10lbs, ugh. Im so frustrated. I started the 5 day pouch today, hoping this will help. Has anyone else gained on the pouch test? Any help would be appreciated.

Funny ... I just asked this,question at the seminar and doc said it can stretch...hmmmm. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App My doctor told me the same thing. Im very concerned because im starting to think mine is stretched.

Went for my 2nd consult yesterday. Love the new Dr. If all goes well I can expect to have surgery as early as June. Sooo excited

Can't believe tomorrow will be our 1 year surgeversary. Hows everyone doing? I know I have been at a stall for about 6 months, very frustrating, but going for plastics consult May 5th.

congrats!!! My 1 year is 4/20 as well.
