What is one thing you use the most post-op

(I am very curious to see) What is one thing you use on a daily/ frequent basis that you just can't live without, related to having your VSG surgery?

Crystal Light Liquid Mix (Strawberry lemonade flavor). It makes drinking water so much easier.

Water bottles - I keep about 5 in the fridge at all times so I always have cold water to drink

Food scale - I use it every day

I keep 2 in the freezer. I find they hold the cold longer

I agree with my Fitness Pal also Bariatric Pal and my, WeGo,which is like a Fitbit, but cheaper.

My purse. I'm constantly digging in it to get one of my many vitamin bottles or a protein bar. Also, my husband. Lol. I "use" him a lot more because he is the reason I get my daily protein. He wakes up every morning to make us both protein shakes. I never have time bc I love sleeping in.

My blender for my Protein shakes, crushes ice like a champ. Me to measure my food. My Water bottles with straws so I get my fluids in every day. My Bento boxes to pack my small portion lunches and Snacks in.

I've been wanting to get myself a blender. What kind do you have? I can't get enough of the icee drinks, lol.

I have a ninja I use to blend my shakes. I use the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chocolate powder with a tablespoon of PB2 and 1 cup fat free skim milk and 1 cup ice... I love my shakes. I'm only 4 days post op. I use a shaker bottle.

Gonna look into getting a food scale so when I'm on soft foods I can weigh what I eat. I also am gonna use my fitness pal to track calories

@@DreamWeaver44 it is from target...I wanted one powerful enough to crush ice. I love it and use it every day.

My Ninja blender and my food scale.

My fitness pal

Water bottle and blender bottle for my protein smoothies.

Travel cup with straw, immersion blender. I could not get in all of my Fluid without using straws and the straws have never bothered me.

I like the immersion blender for shakes and when I was doing pureed stage. I use the immersion blender less now that I am 5 months out and am not drinking a daily Protein shake. I only drink them a couple of days a week now.
