My new year /life started June 11 2013 when I got the approval for my lap band. I was banded July 1,2013 only regret not doing it sooner !!! Date banded~7/1/13 Total weight loss since banding/pre op diet~ 80 lbs !!! New Year's Resolution~ continue my healthy lifestyle and continue on being happy .

Stayed exactly the same 216.4 need to I craze Water and decrease my snacking back I. Track I go

It's not time to check in - but I just had to : scale said 201 - 201!!! I am so so happy !! I have 2 pounds to be in onederland!!!

checking in at 179.4. Yay I haven't been in the seventies for eight years. Today Ii have officially lost exactly 50 pounds since. That is with a leak for 3 months and an additional surgery to fix it. Yay me !

Welcome again everybody! We're off to a slightly slow start but we have lost 12lbs! that's better than gaining 12!

weigh at my doctor's visits..... Last weigh in

was on 12/2/13...... I weighed 234.5. I'll

weigh again on Jan. 13.

Dietary Goal for January: Weekdays-- 2 meals

per day, with one of those meals being a

Protein shake with frozen fruit. The other

meal to be Proteins and vegetables.

Weekends---splitting restaurant meals with

my husband.

Exercise Goal for January: Gym 5-6 days/week

60 minutes of cardio every other day. 45

minutes of cardio, plus weight resistance

circuit on days in between.

Ultimate Exercise Goal: LEARN HOW TO

organized and filed, so that I'm not doing

that the night before I do my income tax.

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
