  8. Oh my lovely rebanded stomach is so noisy. I remember those moments now, music to my ears. Only one fill so far and not losing but I'm on my way. Next fill coming soon.

  10. Good to know! I have a lot of cute shoes in my old size. But I can't wear them until I lose more weight. Thank you everybody!

  13. For folks who are at or near goal - did your feet get smaller? I have gained a shoe size along with the weight. Will my feet go back to their normal size or should I just get used to having bigger feet?

  17. I had mine on a Wednesday and went back to work on the following Monday. My surgery was 7 hours due to revision but I do have a desk job. Was just feeling tired and still feeling effects of anesthesia. Take as much time off as you can. A week is pretty good.
  18. 7:30 tomorrow morning for me too except I get to show up at 5:30. I am so excited!
  19. I had it from 2003 to 2012. I didn't find out about the erosion until my band was attempted to be replaced because I didn't have any symptoms, other than weight gain. I attributed the gain to stress and quitting smoking. I went for a fill and found no fluid. I had the port replaced first but it kept losing fluid so we thought I had a defective band. I had one of the small bands done in Mexico as self pay. My insurance wouldn't pay. Now I'm married and my husbands insurance pays. And I'm so incredibly happy!
  20. October 1 for me. I am so excited and want to get my life back. I lost my first band due to erosion. I gained 100 pounds back of the 120 I lost.
