I'm not a snowman...how am I melting right now?

It is the holidays, right? Can someone tell me how I've lost 7 lbs. in a week? I'm only 6 lbs. from my goal, but I'm going to drop another 11lbs and get a slight unfill to stick and stay at 150. Yes, I'll still be technically overweight, but I'm about as small now as I think I want to be. My 14 year old and I are now wearing the same size - 8/9's. Funny thing is, I haven't worn this size since I was 8 or 9 years old, LOL

Wow 7 lbs during the holiday? That's awesome and you look beautiful! I have 11 to go to hit my goal and am losing 1 lb a week or so. I'm almost to a normal BMI and feel amazing. Time too step it up so I hit goal sooner than later. You will be there super fast!

Isn't it PATHETIC how a size 8/9 is overweight?? My surgeon said that those BMI charts are very unrealistic when it comes to the categorization. I'm sure you are an amazing size. Congrats!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
