Pain in and around the port area is VERY common weeks after surgery; however, you should listen to your body and NEVER be afraid to call your doctor's office with any concerns. They got paid a nice amount of money, make it count!!!

Well, duhhh!! You ARE a celebrity, Alex.... And I never really saw a picture of you until now... Can we say HOTTIE?!! Was kinda bummed out because it was leaning so negatively towards the band. Also, Mitchell Roslin was my sister's surgeon.

Also, I will add that Bellevue Hospital threw a wrench in my surgery plans ONE WEEK before the day... The surgeon himself called Dr. Fielding and asked if she could take me... It was the best thing that happened to me.

Maimonides Hospital AND The Brooklyn Hospital BOTH have a bariatric program. They are both near Methodist. My cousin just had her VSG at Methodist.... What's the name of your surgeon??
