Car Is Packed And Leaving For The Hospital 12/10/2013

My surgery is scheduled for 1:30 pm today, but we're having a snow storm in New England so we'll be getting an early start.

It's been a long road up to this point, but I feel very ready. My daughter was sobbing last night when she called from college and my wife is very worried, but I'm not as nervous as I expected to be. I feel confident that I've followed all of the instructions and am very comfortable with my surgeon, so it's time to remove 85% of my stomach and move on to the next phase of my life.

Best of luck to you!

Have a super day...we are date buddies...although I will be done and recovering by the time you get started. Have a safe drive!

Blessing to the both of you! I'm set for the 18th!

Best of luck to you too, Coach ....

Have a safe recovery! I'm 5 days out and loving it, we all have different results. However, I'm down 13lbs. I pray for speed recovery! Tell your wife you'll be in recovery before she knows it.

Good luck.....

Prayers to all!

Wishing you both an "uneventful" surgery and a speedy recovery!
