  4. Sometimes weighting urself isn't the best thing to do..... Sometimes u might lose inches and not pounds......... Our bodies are on a roller coaster, it needs time to adjust..... Try ur best that's all u can do............ And yes I can relate with my emotions being all over the place..I started to think maybe I was bipolar... The doctor said it's normal to feel different.. We are going through a lot....... Lately it seems like I can cry in a second....... For the emotional eating part.... Try a healthy snack u like maybe it will work..........

  6. Lately I been cooking a lot of stewed chicken, pork or steak meat....... When stewing it, it allows the meat to become really soft... I put it with lentils or some kind of beans.... I also do curry chicken or curry pork with pigeon peas....... Never used curry before but I love it, it gives a lot of flavor.......... Good luck..... And got the ones that say that can't imagine eating again... Trust me u will........ I'm 9 months out and can eat anything...... And lately I have been craving chocolate ....... Trying my best to get past those cravings..... YES I do give in at times......... My NUT said allow yourself sweets once in awhile.... You don't want to feel like ur on a diet....... I'm at goal down 108lbs
  7. I'm 8 months out... Started weight was 310lbs 5'10.... Today I'm down 100lbs.......... I'm willing to answer anything you need........ I wasn't one that did crazy workouts.. But I watched what I ate but I always allowed myself I lil cheat here and there..... So this journey hasn't been hard...

I don't want to ever think Im on a diet or I'm not allowing myself to enjoy some foods so ever once in awhile I think it's ok for me to be human................... But don't get down on urself............ Things can be worse.......... .. I'm 7 months out and down 94lbs........... 6 lbs from goal.........
  22. One more thing.... Yes I lost some hair but nothing to worry about......... At this point there's new adventures to learn then to worry about hair loss... Besides theirs good hair extensions for all types.......... You will do great, sounds like you did ur reasearch
  23. Good luck........... And the majority of us go through the same emotions.... Stress, nervous, happy, sad, excited, scared...... That just means ur normal..... If I had to describe the pain... I would say it felt like period craps...... Wasn't bad...... But yes you are going to have a roller coaster of emotions.... It's ok.. We are all here for you.... I'm 32yrs/F 7 months out and wouldn't change it.... If you like you can ask me anything... I would love to hear ur journey.... You can pm if u like.....
