  4. I love my fitbit flex and find myself walking around the yard or house trying to meet my step goal before bed! Great motivator for sure. It is nice to have friends as it motivates me even a bit more!
  5. Hope you are doing ok. You have been through so much...
  6. However you can tolerate it. I was one of the unlucky ones who needed a recliner for the first several nights... So glad you are feeling so well! Try a few positions and sleep in whatever one feels comfy. Many use pillows behind their back while on their side to prop themselves up. Have a great night!
  7. Amazing progress! Do post a snippet of your routine if it isn't too much...

  9. Search the forums for quest bars. I love them, others do not. I buy mine on sale at GNC or Amazon. I love the berry one for a meal and I get one of the sweeter ones when my sweet tooth acts up. Double choc chunk, cookie dough, cookies and cream and white choc raspberry, to name a few. High protein, high fiber and low sugar. Yum!
  10. also need tips on how to add and request a friend! Thanks

  12. Judy530. I'm trying to learn the ins and outs of MFP. I'd love some WLS friends. I use fitbit as well...
  13.    shmily reacted to a post in a topic: Post op medications (crushed meds)
  14. I was never told to crush them up. I did have liquid lortab for post op, but the rest is just swallowed. I even checked and was told that if I could tolerate them whole. It was ok. Not suggesting anyone do that without first asking your medical professionals...
  15. Wishing you an Uneventful and easy surgery!
  16. I would go and enjoy the friends and the walk and not try to "drive" it much. Do some putting... That twisting motion might be a bit much. Have fun!

  18. I had the liquid nystatin too. I had to rinse and spit. It cleared up nicely. Tasted nasty...
  19.    KatieJo4 reacted to a post in a topic: tortilla.?
  20. A flour tortilla was the one and so far, the only thing that really bothered me. It is amazing how we are all so different in what we can tolerate...
  21. Mine hurt about that long, but never that bad consistently. I'd have it checked again.
