Disc Golf?

Hello! I'm almost 4 weeks post-op (surgery date: 3/11/14). I would like to disc golf with friends tomorrow but I'm wondering if that will be too hard on my abdomen this early? Doc put zero restrictions on exercise, but I still wish I would've called during business hours today to double check. What do you guys think?

I would go and enjoy the friends and the walk and not try to "drive" it much. Do some putting...

That twisting motion might be a bit much. Have fun!

I think you're right. Thank you!!

When I was walking in the park today, I saw some guys playing disk golf. Except for the guy who had to climb into the water trap (see drainage ditch :-P) it looked like it wasn't too strenuous. If they gave you an elastic stomach support, I'd wear that just in case.

Lol! I'm not a great golfer so I might have to crawl in the drainage ditch quite a few times!
