September 2012-Highest weight: 268

June 28-Day of surgery weight: 250

October 4- current weight: 210

Yippy! Celebrate with me because i have great news. I am officially below 200lbs! My surgery date was June 5th. My weight before starting the preop diet was 264lbs. Fast forward 4.5 months, today i am 198lbs! I feel amazing, this is the best thing I have ever done for "Me" in ny life and I would not go back for anything.

Celebrating today-- bought new jeans --

Size 16W. So excited!!!

At the start of my journey (6 months ago), i was wearing a 24W.

Funny though i had been wearing a 2X shirt for so long, i didn't realize just how big it was on me until I mistakenly was sent a 1X rather than a 2X shirt I ordered-- tried it on & it fits!!!! YAY!!

Time to clean out the closet!!

Hw 294 Sw 277 Cw 231 Gw170 Oh this sleeve is the truth although it takes alot more to make me happy now :( lol I still dont eat much went to ac the other day ate at johnny rockets lol big mistake only had 2 bites of burger no bun and a few Chilli cheese fries and I threw up on the beach smh a lot of trial and error ugh but live the results

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
