It hurt me to cough or sneeze for about 1 1/2 weeks post-op. I would have a pillow next to me at all times incase of this. I would hold the pillow against my belly while I would cough or sneeze. I found that it helped...

I'm only 2 weeks post op, but if it's more than a day or two I've been taking some miralax... And it helps a lot

I haven't tried it yet. I don't want to buy one when I know I won't be able to finish even the kid size... I hate to waste money... If you try it let me know!

I went yesterday for my first post-op appointment... I am also losing about a pound a day! In the words of the nurse, "you are really knocking those pounds out" I was so excited to hear those words! Also congrats to you on your weight loss!

The secretary at my job is THE only one that questioned me. She was just totally negative..which is nothing new since she's always negative. I straight up told her," if I could have lost the weight any other way I would have by now... And it's my decision. Thank you for your concern, but I'm going to ask you to respect my decision." She simply said alright and we haven't spoken about it since...

I feel like I could have gone back to work today (surgery on june 28. )!But since I work in child care that isn't really possible... I can't lift on 2 year olds all day... So I'm taking a total of 3 weeks off of work total...

It depends on your insurance. I had a required 6 months of NUT visits. From the time I was approved it was 2 days and I got a date. My date was 6 weeks from the day they called to tell me my date.
