I have my last nutritionist apt on the 4th but right now im on a 2 Protein Shake n 1 meal diet doing it just incase my surgery is a week after the 11th..I dont think my surgeron requires a full liquid diet

In currently on full liquid diet, however I'm able to eat two cups of veggies, for lunch and dinner, otherwise it's Protein Shakes and crystal light and iced tea

today is day one on full liquid diet, it was easier than I thought, my difficult time was cooking for my kids, that was tough

I am not allowed anything besides liquids or things that turn to liquid in the digestive system.

Today is day two of my liquid fast pre op gastric sleeve, my surgery date as far as I know is June 12th, I will attach a list of my foods which is similar and different at the same time. So day one of the liquid fast I weighed myself, I weighed 365. I was just a lil curious how well the liquid diet was working and I stepped on the same scale today and I weighed 360, I've lost five pounds in 24 hrs......MIND BLOWING!!!!

I start my liquid diet on June 14. My surgery is a little more than 2 weeks after yours.

I'm excited to see how well the liquids will work with me also. I know I will be weighing myself every morning

My surgery date was changed at the last minute, I actually had surgery on June 28, I'm twenty days post op, I've only lost twenty pounds I'm worried the survey didn't work

You've lost 20lbs since surgery? I've only lost 15 since surgery on June 28. My surgeon said that I may not see any loss between my 2 weeks and 4 weeks post op appointments an that is totally normal...
