The reason I am getting the Sleeve is, well I just hate that almost all of my doctors look and me and only see a "Fat Girl". They blame every health problem on my weight. I wish they would see me. I have joint pain! I do not have any other health problems. I have normal blood sugar and normal blood pressure. I like to exercise but right now it hurts. I am sick of the judgmental looks by the medical staff. At my last office visit the doctor said that "I am held up to a higher standard because I am a nurse". No joke. I have a problem and I need help. I do not need judgement. I want to get back to the person I was just two years ago. I hurt my knee and then had surgery. I have had therapy on my knee and I am not better. I keep trying to diet and I loose weight but never enough. Guess what it comes back. So here I am.

Once I made my decision to have the VGS I called and made my appointment. At my appointment I scheduled my surgery. So here I go down a new path. I know it will be hard to do but I am ready.
