  1. I do not use a measuring cup a lot. I just put in what I think looks right. So I have to figure out how to convert my recipes. But I will send you a few.

    I don't have a nut. I am eating less than 1200 cal a day. I feel very full when I eat a Beriwise Protein bar. I do not know how much I eat each time. I eat till I am feeling good but not full. I do eat a lot of fresh fruit, yogurt and cheese

    Hi guys. August 10th was three month mark. So here I go with the stats: When I decided to have surgery my weight was 289 Surgery day 275 down 14 lbs end of June weight 253 that made 22 pounds in a few weeks end of July weight was 244 down another 9 lbs end of August weight 234 down another 10 lbs September 10 weight was 229 that means I am down another 5 lbs. Total down from surgery is 46 lbs and total weight loss is 60 lbs. I am now 5 lbs from my half way goal. YEAH!

    I think the goal of exercise is finding something you like to do. I LOVE to dance. I do videos and I go to the gym. Lifting weights burns calories for days. I lift weights then I get on the lateral elliptical and jam out to some funky music and I love it. I miss my time at the gym when I cant fit it in. It gives me a natural high. I have never taken drugs but after exercising I feel amazing and energetic and I am in a great mood. I work out for about an hour to and hour and a half. I started slow and worked my way up. Sometimes working out with a friend is a good idea.

    I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. I lift weights and I use the new lateral elliptical.

    Aline I got them at Walmart. I would send a picture but I don't know how to do that. I take 5000 mcg daily. It was about 7 bucks and it is 2 month supply. The brand is spring Valley

    My doctor is in Louisiana. He is cash only and the total price is $9,600. He is very experienced and has a great track record. He has done so many people that I know. They all have done well and so have I. Good luck on your journey. It is rough but so worth it.

    I do not know that answer. The government will give you a tax break on any out of pocket medical bills. They do not ask where it was at. You need to keep all of your expenses. They do require proof of surgery.

  18. The horrible taste is your body breaking down fat. Try brushing your teeth, getting in more fluids. Eat lots of ice and drink fluids. It helps.

    Surgery June 10th I am 5 feet 8 inches tall HW 289 SW 275 CW 240 I was in sized 24 and now in a size 18 comfortably. I have one size 16 shorts that I can button and zip but I will not wear them for a few weeks. I like looser clothes. I am so happy I did this. I cant tolerate any hard vegetables yet. Yogurt is a favorite thing for me and I am eating almonds. I drink Protein Shakes and eat Protein Bars with low sugar and high Protein. I cant work out much but I still do it when I can. My fat is changing. I jiggle when I walk or move.
