I have been feeling like a stall. Tomorrow will be 4 weeks out. I am down 24 lbs post surgery and 38 total. I lost 19 lbs the first week and then 2.5 lbs for week two and three and nothing this week. My husband keeps telling me that I look like I lost much more. All my clothes are falling off. I will weight myself on the 10th, it will be one month out. I decided after the first month that I will weigh once a week on Saturday's. I am happy that I am smaller and feel slightly better. I think I have been having the keto flu. Still not up to my old self. Thanks for all the help along the way.

I want to say thanks for waring all the ladies. I hope you know that you are still a good person. Sometimes we are blindsided by other actions. I have learned not to trust men in general. I am a one man lady. I would not want to be single again. Guys know that women who are newly skinny or get some new sort of empowerment are usually easy prey to stupid user guys. I did not have my surgery outside the US. I was in a hotel and my DR came to check on me. My daughter was there at all times.

Today on Facebook there was a copy of a guy telling people about the right one His name is Austin Gray. He posted it March 26, 2013. Very true to your situation.

Sometime we think that the person we love is the right one. Love is loving everything about that person. May be your x did not know that. I am making no excuses for her. She was wrong. I am sorry you are feeling broken. God has a plan. There is the right one out there for you. That person will love you for who you are. They will stay with you through any difficult times or changes. There is a perfect girl out there for you. You said it yourself. You are a better man. Take this a another new journey. Your heart will heal.

I took two weeks off. Wish I had taken longer. My 12 hour shifts wore me out. I think working 8 hours is better. But I worked 2 twelves so far and I am working on Saturday. No two days in a row yet. Hopefully next week I will do better.

You Rock! I am so proud of you. Hope to follow in your foot steps. You need to treat yourself to a new outfit or do something to celebrate your achievements.

Yeah! So glad you are doing well

I am older than you. I turn 45 next month. But I feel and act like I am in my twenty's. Despite the fact that my kids made me a grand mother at age 39. I was 18 when I met them and they were 6,4 and 2. So now they are 32,30 and 28. Our youngest daughter is turning 21 in August. I must say I love my grand girls and people always tell me my kids look just like me and I smile and say they are my grand children. The looks I get!!!!!!! I just smile and say, I use great moisturizer and It make me looks 20 years younger. People thing I am in my late 20's or 30's. Having a fat face helps, I have not wrinkles.

Yesterday I went back to work. Exactly 14 days after surgery. OUCH! I got some serous muscle and joint pain. I did not work too hard. I work with sick babies so lifting nothing over 10 lbs. Twelve hour shift kicked my butt. I came home and placed a heating pad on my back and for the first time since surgery I took pain medication. No pain medications after surgery but 2 weeks out for muscle pain? Really Odd. My son had some of the same issues after his surgery. Has this happened to any of you guys? I called the Dr and waiting for a response.
