Delicious No Carb -High Protein Pizza

  • Popular Post

I found this recipe on Pinterest and it was sooooo good!! The crust tastes like real bread crust!!

3 eggs separated

1/2 tsp cream of tarter

1/2 cup of unflavored whey Protein powder

3 oz cream cheese ( I used the fat free)

Spices ( I forgot to add some and it was still good)

Pre heat oven to 375. Separate the eggs and whip the whites and cream of tarter until very stiff. Slowly sift in the Protein Powder to the whites. Using a spatula, gently fold in the softened Cretan cheese into the whites. Spray lasagna pan with Pam and spoon mixture in the pan. Bake for 18 minutes. Take crust out of the oven, add sauce and toppings and put back in oven until cheese is melted. I used Ragu pizza sauce, 2% cheese and turkey pepperoni. Enjoy Let me know how yours comes out. It was really very good- could hardly tell it was not a traditional crust!! Sent from my iPad

that sounds really good and I'm definitely going to try it. I don't have any unflavored protein powder. I have just about every other flavor though.

Going to try this! Thanks!

That sounds wonderful! Thanks for sharing.

That would probably taste good if you used flavored protein powder add splenda to the cream cheese and add strawberries or other fruit to it

Sounds good!

This sounds good

This sounds fantastic! I'm going to give it a shot tomorrow and I will let you know if I like it. I love pizza but of course I haven't had any since my surgery.

Sounds delicious!

I will so try this when I can eat real food again. Pizza is my Achilles heel. Thanks for sharing.

Will have to try this soon. It doesn't taste like macaroons? Is it chewy, crunchy or soft like bread?

Can you leave out the protein powder?

I make mine with pork rinds for the crust. I know gross. But you dont even taste them. And if you use the hot and spicy pork rinds, it gives it a bit of a kick. Just google pork rind pizza crust for the recipe.

Have any of you tried the cauliflower pizza crust. It's delicious! It's amazing that it comes out like pizza crust. Very important to drain the cauliflower well between paper towels though after cooking it.

i am another pizza fanatic and how this will satisfy my cravings.thank you for sharing

I am not sure, I have never made it with out the protein powder - I like it because it helps me get my requirements in- and you can't taste it at all
