  3. Im almost 10 months out and Im just now within the last month able to drink powered zero to get my fluid in. I couldnt do water at all. I could hot or ice ice cold nothing in between. It was rough. I found early on that I was able to do G2 gatorade. Although i couldn't intake much fluid drinking G2 helped me not be full blown dehydration. plus I took chewable vitamins and liquid B12 to help with energy. It will get better. Is there anything you can tolerate to eat? It seemed for me the first 3 months I couldn't do hardly any carbs but was able to do protein very good.
  4. A lot of times when you're not losing pounds you're losing inches. Have you measured yourself? If not I would highly recommend. You will be very surprised at the inches you will lose. At my 9 month mark I had lost 68 inches! I did not lose 21 lbs. In two weeks though. That's awesome that you have! Sounds like you're doing great.

From a size 22-24 pant size to a 12 that I bought about a month ago that are already loose. Im loving my new journey of feeling healthy and able to climb through the tunnels at the park to play with my grandson. This is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Thank you Jesus!
