Before and After---9 mo out

  • Popular Post

Today is my 9 month surganniversary! I Have lost 94.9 lbs. & 68 inches. I Have went from a 3X shirt to a medium and small. From a size 22-24 pant size to a 12 that I bought about a month ago that are already loose. Im loving my new journey of feeling healthy and able to climb through the tunnels at the park to play with my grandson. This is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Thank you Jesus!

Great job!

Congrats! You look great!

You look amazing!! How tall are you?

I wear the same size you did right now, I'm 5'4". Do you have much problem with skin? What was your starting weight? I know I shouldn't compare myself to others but I'm naturally curious what changes will happen for me.

You look awesome!! Congratulations!

Im 5'4 & my body has always been pear shaped. So most of my weight was in my hips, butt and thighs. My starting right was 244.7 lbs. I dont have loose skin but lots of real that need toning.

One of the things I had to learn early on was do not compare. It's very hard not to compare and I did that for along time. I hd to turn my focus on my journey and what I ws accomplishing in my life and realize I ws not in this for the short haul but earnestly desired to be healthy and learn healthy eating habits. I focused on learning about carbs and Protein and what ws important to be healthy for life. Concentrate on a forever life change. Usually a sick fix never last but learning and doing is always life time change. Good luck on your journey.

I hope you don't mind that I flipped them for you. You look fantastic!!
