Anyone work in the medical field....
Hi, I'm a telemetry RN & work 12 hour shifts. I took 4 weeks off, but probably could have gone back after 3 weeks. I've lost about 50 pounds so far & have so much more energy now. 12 hours days are definitely easier now that I've lost weight. Good luck!

I'm a leaker
So sorry to hear this! I had a leak also, but thankfully it resolved on its own. I was very sick in the meantime though. Will keep you in my prayers!

Any Charlotte Nc Sleevers?
- Returning to work?
No way, I wouldn't do it, at 4 weeks out I was in the yard pulling weeds for a couple of hours. I was sooo sore for like 3 days after. Also, I had a 15 pd lifting restriction for the first 4 weeks.- Down 35lbs!
Congrats!! I was sleeved April 1st, but have only lost 15. You look great- Returning to work?
Oh the 3rd day was probably one of my worst days. I actually had to spend 4 nights in the hospital I was so sick. I wouldn't chance it. Everyone's experience is different. Good luck to you!!- hair loss
Does it have anything to do with how fast you lose? I'm a slow loser, 1 month post op & only lost 13 pounds, so I'm hoping it won't be as bad for me....I have really thin hair already- No drinking 30 minutes before or after meals?
- 3 Week Stall
So helpful, thank you for posting!!- Stalled at Week 3
How many calories are you getting in daily? I'm getting approx 600, which I think is too low, but what can you do....other than add a milkshake....just kidding!!- Stalled at Week 3
I was 3 weeks post op on Monday. I've also stalled, but I've heard that it is very common to stall at 3 weeks, so don't get too freaked out over it. It will come off- Frustrated Sleever Post Op Day 9!
I'm 3 weeks post op, and losing very slowly as well. I emailed my NUT, she told me not to weigh again until I came in for my next appt, she's right, it will drive you crazy!- Does this ever NOT WORK for anyone?
Lol, yes I've thought about this! TMI, I just told my mom today that I run weigh every time I poop hehe But I did start taking colace yesterday, so I'm hoping that will help get everything moving!- Does this ever NOT WORK for anyone?
Yes, I'm using my fitness pal to track what I eat, never get in more than 800 calories. I'm on soft foods now. I always get in at least 60 grams of protein, I walk 30-45 min most days. The only thing I haven't been good at is getting all my fluids in, I probably get in about 40 or 45 oz/day.- Does this ever NOT WORK for anyone?
Hey, just wondering if anyone has ever heard of this not working for anyone? I am 3 weeks post op and have only lost 10 pounds, and within the past week gained back 1.5 pounds of that. I'm starting to get paranoid that this won't work. I knew I would hit stalls...but this is super early.
