How much weight have you lost thus far?

I'm right there with you in a stall. Lost 23lbs in 9 days and now stalled, sleeved 12/17

Sleeved 12/27 down 9 lbs.

Sleeved 12/24 down 9 lbs

sleeved 12/4 and 28 pounds down

I have days that I don't drop any weight at all, maybe even go up but then drop 3 or 4 pounds a couple days later

so far so good, just need to work on getting more Protein in!!!

Sleeved on 12/5. Down about 22 pounds. Will get the official number after my one month post-op appointment on Thursday.

Yes, I am at a stall as well. Sleeved in 12/5 with starting weight of 293 and now been at 259 for over a week
