  5. Wow Are u kidding me? Who has time to read 8 pages worth of stuff not relevant to them! Be grateful alleygator that she took time to reply to you even if its not what u want to hear. And don't be rude regardless of how u feel. Shame on you!
  6. are you sure its hunger and not gas or acid? are you taking an acid reducer? i dont feel true hunger, but i do feel like i am empty or a little weak. im 4 weeks post op, today.
  7. Being that I no longer feel true hunger, its hard to know how long it takes to empty my tummy. I was told it can hold 3-4 oz at a time. I'm guessing certain foods take longer? water less? I'm completely ignorant on this. anyone have a clue?
  8. I'm sorry to hear it try not to be alarmed it is probably benign. Did they biopsy it? Was this a pre op endo?
  9. What is bmr calorie requirement? My doc never told me about that
  10. Cherish you gave great advice I needed to hear that too Op u r not alone I was sleeved 12/13 lost 30 lbs and haven't lost a damned thing since the new year Hang in there it will happen How could it not? I'm barely eat 700-800 calories a day! It WILL come off.

  19. God, your an angel! called GI doc, picked up some samples and I ve been taking it since yesterday, feel better already despite the fact that he said "it probably wont work and i dont recommend it. Time to switch GI docs. 1,000 THANK YOUS!
  20. Thank you so much for the reply. Believe it or not, they dont make the suppository form any longer (canasa) but maybe I could talk to the doc about finding a compound pharmacy to do so. I'll be 3 weeks post op tomorrow. I put a call into my nutritionist, I am concerned the coating may get "stuck" in my pyloric something or another, which she explained could not handle seeds, pickles, etc. for 6 months. Anyway, I am miserable right now so I'm willing to try anything. Thanks again for your reply, and if you are a car mechanic, I wish you were local, because your pretty darn smart! Thanks for the suggestions!
  21. I'm miserable......My gastro. says I cant crush Asacol because it breaks down in the intestines (I have crohnes disease) and my Nutritionist and surgeon said all meds need to be crushed for the first month. So now what? Gastro gave me an enema form of meds (fun) that I am taking nightly but ts not working? Anyone have ideas? I've called him 3 times and have been told there is nothing else.
