Stuck at 149 for months now ????????????????????

Ladies I made my meals prep and stored!!! Bought yogurt and cheese sticks!!! We can do this ........ Plan plan plan

Lately I've had a change in schedule! I went from being home the summer with my babies to working full time, being a full time student, 3 kids with sports and Tuesday we start school! When I was home I could monitor my meals and water!!! Now I'm all over the place. I don't eat we'll or drink plenty of water! It's take me a minute to get use to the change and its effecting my weight loss! Help....... I'm need encouragement!
