So I am a little over 3 months out was sleeved June 4th and I am down 82 lbs can't believe how far I've come in such a short time! When I was pre op and newly post I scoured the forum for pics so I thought I'd share!

Yes this is total after surgery. I did not have a pre op diet.

WOW!!! you look great!!! i am also a little over 3 months but so far i have lost only 20lbs.. i which i could lose weight that fast!!!

Thanks! It will come off for you too! The more you have to lose the faster it comes off in the beginning.

wow that is great! I am 3 months out and I have lost 50 lbs which I am super happy about. You are doing great!!! Its fantastic that you follow the diet. I went on vacation two weeks ago and I gained weight, but lost it immediately a week after I returned.
